More than twenty years ago, Green Apple was born from the vision of a determined young chef from North Africa. Raised in her family’s restaurant, she developed a passion for food and hospitality from an early age. After immigrating to New York, she refined her craft at the renowned Plaza Hotel, fueling her dream to create something of her own.
What started as a small business has grown into a thriving enterprise, now proudly in its second generation. Today, Green Apple stands as a Certified Woman Owned & Operated company, continuing its legacy of excellence and innovation in the culinary world.
